Ronald, the manager, offered really good hospitality. He was attentive. The room was clean and included new furniture. I appreciated the courtyard layout with bistro chairs and community grills. Great. I did face a few issues. My room lacked a coffee maker, which I find essential. The shower had no water pressure and the microwave was placed so high that it was difficult to reach. The room didn't match the pictures I saw online, disappointing. The hotel overall was very quiet, and I felt safe staying there. Would recommend for anyone in Augusta needing a home-like environment with cooking amenities.

Location was farther from our job easy access but felt inconsistent with details shown online.

Quiet hotel, I thoroughly enjoyed its central location very close to the Augusta Mall and many restaurants, Target, Best Buy, the Augusta National golf course and the shopping center. The staff members were amiable and excellent. The vibe here was special!

The building shows its age with worn furnishings and limited dishware, just two sets for the kitchen. Noise from upstairs was unbearable at times, especially when the neighbors decided to start their day at 2 am. I also encountered issues with cleanliness. Dirty air vents and an ant problem in the bedroom were less than ideal. Some appliances felt shabby-rust on the stove, and a generally outdated ambiance left the stay feeling pretty lackluster.

So comfortable and clean, such a family-friendly atmosphere.
